Santiago Rueda
Born in Bogotá
Colombian critic and art curator. He is a master in Fine Arts at the National University of Colombia, with studies in art and design at the University of Westminster, London (England) and Doctor of Theory, History and Criticism of Arts from the University of Barcelona. He is the author of Hiper/Ultra/Neo/Post: Miguel Angel Rojas, 30 años de arte en Colombia and Una línea de polvo: Arte y drogas en Colombia, award winners of the Ensayo de Arte en Colombia price of the IDCT and the Fundación Gilberto Alzate Avendaño in 2004. In 2006 he won the National Prize for Criticism of the Ministry of Culture – University of the Andes by the essay on Contemporary Art in Colombia, Olor de Santidad.
