Lives and works in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Marina Reyes Franco was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Puerto Rico and is currently completing the MA in Argentine and Latin American Art History at IDAES-UNSAM. She is co-founder and director of the Nuevo Museo Energía de Arte Contemporáneo and Proyecto CARA, as well as an independent curator and writer. She is currently working as an Associate Curator with the Artist Pension Trust. Her interests include alternative circulation strategies of graphic art, post-colonial theory, autonomous art projects, and artistic and literary manifestations in the frontier of political action. She lives and works in Buenos Aires.
